Robert Inesta, DC, L.Ac, CCSP

RobertInestaDr. Inesta earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at New York Chiropractic College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was inducted into the Phi Chi Omega Honor Society. He was the recipient of the Frank DiGiacomo Technique Award for distinguished excellence in manual adjusting procedures, and the Levittown Health Center Award for distinguished excellence in diagnosis and case management.

Dr. Inesta is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP). His extensive post graduate training consists of functional rehabilitation, functional soft tissue therapy and biomechanics, clinical neurophysiology and electrodiagnosis and nutrition. He is certified in Active Release Techniques, Fascial Manipulation, Graston Technique and Kinesiotaping, and is a member of the Fascial Research Society.

Dr. Inesta is a Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac) after having completed a three year Master's of Science degree and board licensing exams in acupuncture. He combines Traditional Chinese Medicine, practiced successfully for thousands of years, with Scalp Acupuncture, Acupuncture Physical Medicine and other contemporary styles of needling based on modern research in neuroscience and musculoskeletal physiology.

Dr. Inesta’s purpose is to help as many people as he can be as healthy as they can through natural methods. He helps his patients achieve their goals in the most efficient way, whether they be breaking a world record, preserving the ability to lift a grandchild or taking a relaxing walk on the beach without pain. His approach is based on restoring balance and increasing function to the body, from the gross anatomical and biomechanical levels to the cellular and molecular/energetic levels. He is consistently pursuing new information and treatment methods in order to provide the most effective care plans designed specifically for each individual.

He has worked with a wide variety of patients, including athletes at all levels -professional, Olympic, college and high school, post-operative patients, people with chronic pain and stress conditions, pregnant women and children. He has lectured on topics including sports medicine, functional training, biomechanics, injury prevention, wellness and nutrition, and has authored articles on injury prevention, functional training and wellness. He is a co-author of The Principles of Functional Exercise, A Squash Player's Training Handbook, and the training manuals of the National Federation of Personal Trainers.

Fran Ciulla, Weight Loss Coordinator

Fran worked as a Human Resources executive in the business world for over 25 years. Two years ago she decided to follow her heart and gave it all up to begin a new career path in the health and wellness field. She has always had a passion for helping people achieve better health and is now pursuing this passion as a weight loss coach.

A vegetarian for most of her life, Fran has always had keen interest in nutrition and healthy living and has gained a vast amount of knowledge in the field. She loves sharing her knowledge and helping people to stay motivated to achieve their goals. She has had a tremendous amount of success helping people who were having difficulty overcoming obstacles and set backs to break through and stay on track, continuing to make progress.

The Method
